2. Call 925-901-4826 to signup for the luncheon by phone. You must specify your meal preference and the name of any guests and the guests meal preference
Reservation Deadline: You must signup by midnight June 3rd to secure a reservation. This deadline is necessary because we must provide a final headcount to Boundary Oak.
You may cancel your luncheon reservation without obligation if you cancel by email sirbr8attendance@outlook.com or voicemail 925-901-4826 by the June 3rd deadline.
If you cancel after the deadline or do not show-up, we will follow-up with you to find out what happened. We do not expect members to pay for missed luncheons when there has been a health issue within your family.
If you signup after the June 3rd deadline or come without a reservation, we cannot guarantee your meal choice. If meals are sold out, we will ask you to wait until 11:20 AM so we can confirm that a meal is available. Boundary Oak has been very good about accommodating us; we have not turned anyone away; but they really appreciate having the advance notice that you are coming. You are always welcome to attend the meeting and listen to the speaker.
Payment: As before, you will bring a personal check for $38.00 made out to SIR Branch 8, or cash to the luncheon as payment.
Late Cancellation and No-Shows: If you signup, but do not attend the luncheon, you remain subject to payment because we owe Boundary Oak for the lunch that they have prepared for you.

NOTES:
1. The only Covid policy which the Branch currently has is to comply with all current federal, state and county public health mandates. We have adopted the recommendation of the CDPH relative to people who test positive.
2. Valet parking will NOT be available
