Fishing for stripers in the delta was productive for Tom Kostik, Harry Sherinian, Matt Richards, and Mike Pruett. Ron Lew and Ken Bellinder got bigger fish working the north bay. Stan Wong, Phil Scimonelli, Carl Moyer, Dennis Lee, Bob Lively, and Ray Pixton fished for trout from San Pablo Reservoir. Stan limited, most others did not. March at our meeting on the 26th we have our annual swap meet. We bring our excess fishing gear and buy the excess fishing gear brought by others. BARGAINS GALORE!!!! And, on April first the ocean season for rockfish opens up at all depths. There has not as yet been any decisions about salmon fishing, but we are hopeful.

Twenty-six of us ate our fill at Carl Moyer’s backyard fall fish fry.
